Our delivery service compromised the food during delivery (e.g., spillage, incorrect packaging). This is not applicable if a third-party delivery service is used.
The order was not fulfilled due to an error (e.g., missing items).
Refunds will not be available for:
Taste or Preference Issues: If you did not enjoy the flavor or texture but the order was correct and properly delivered.
Delayed Complaints: Requests made more than 10 minutes after receiving the order.
Partially Consumed Items: Refunds are not available for items that have been eaten.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations can be made before the order is prepared. Once the preparation has started, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where:
